Brian Leon is OhmFree’s government liaison expert. He is a seasoned project manager and government relations strategist with 26 years of experience leading federal research and technology commercialization initiatives. As Executive Director of USC’s Western Research Application Center, he managed a U.S. Department of Commerce cooperative agreement and directs multi-year economic development programs across four western states.

His deep expertise in federal agency operations spans NASA, the Economic Development Administration, and the National Science Foundation, where he has successfully negotiated and managed multi-million dollar contracts, coordinated nationwide standardization efforts across six NASA Regional Technology Transfer Centers, and cultivated strategic partnerships between government agencies and private industry.

Known for his ability to navigate complex federal procurement processes, manage large-scale multi-party projects, and translate government priorities into executable business development strategies.
